Top ten things I learnt in 2023

10. Some people are rich beyond comprehension

Like, there are people with MONEY!! Money I didn't even know existed or could be owned by another human being. Like, mfs are RICH!!! And they are content with letting people die poor smh.

9. Consumerism is a disease

Alot of you guys would kill if it meant you could get an aesthetic overpriced drink, hoodie, cup, WHATEVER IT IS. And the ones doing it just be putting that shit up for display and not using it aswell. Like, capitailsm really rotted your brains.

8. Alevels are no joke

This is serious stuff. Not to be sneered at. They are not messing around anymore lmfao.

7. How to do basic HTML

It's actually not that hard. I'm still learning but I made alot of progress in such a short space of time!!!

6. Some people are old. Like ANCIENT.

One of my teachers remembers when JFK got shot. HOW?

5. America is evil.

The history of America is a very sick, twisted thing. The country is literally founded on genocide, built up by salvery and maintained through every kind of discrimination there is. And they out here terrorising the world on top of it. Like damn, can you treat people like human beings for five minutes please???

3. SO MANY KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS!!

My favourite one is CTRL + SHIFT + T which reopens a closed tab. So cool.

2. Meghan Thee Stallion is an icon and NOBODY will make me hate her!!!!

One thing about me, I will support a black woman, first and foremost!!! I will defend Meghan against any and everyone, some people just hate to see a black woman thriving and that sucks for them!!

1. The West are privileged and anywhere that is not Europe and North America are treated like sub-human.

The way people have reacted to the war crimes committed in Palestine, the silence on the actual slavery going on the Congo, and other parts of Africa, Middle East and Asia. Like, it actually is ridiculous and opened up my eyes to how the West see non-white countries as nothing more than money making oppurtunities and cheap labour. And don't get me started on the UN. What are you there for?? Decoration?? Absolutely disgusting DO NOT GET ME STRTED!!!!

Anyways, that's the main things I learnt from 2023. I could add more, but these are the ones that I think are the most relevant. Here's to 2024 being a year full of happiness, joy, love and justice!!! :D
